From this year, my plans are to blog my trips, adventures, photo walks, BTS (behind the scenes), anything I can write about of whats about to come at me in 2016. Hopefully you can enjoy 2016 as much as I will by following me here on my blog, Instagram and VSCO.
Ever since I was a little kid, my parents took me back to my mom’s home town Nagano every year to visit my grandparents. The first thing every person who isn’t very familiar asks where it is in Japan, I tell them it was the home for The Winter Olympics in 1998. I was fortunate enough to already experience two olympics (one which I don't remember so well since I was 2 years old at the time) Nagano 1998, and Vancouver 2010. Hopefully I will be back for the 2020 Olympics.
Over these last few years I become much more familiar taking the JR Line trains and Tokyo Metro Trains. There are english signages, but without a bit of knowledge of on how to take it, it can easily be a nightmare.
Late January, I went on a small trip to Tokyo with a old elementary school friend, Vincent. We went on to explore the city of Tokyo and went around to many areas. We visited Asakusa, Akihabara, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku, Roppongi and a few other areas.
Tokyo at night is a new city. There is always something to explore, and see the same areas with a different “look” and atmosphere. Tokyo's is best known nightlife districts are Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza and Roppongi.
Can't wait for my next adventure in Tokyo, till next time. ✌🏻️
